My review

When I went to Patty's Cakes and Desserts, they were friendly and quick to serve. The workers were a great help when it came to giving advice on which cupcake I should choose. The shop is clean, nicely decorated and is a great place to visit with friends and family. However, it is hidden and easily missed. So keep a look out! 


I ordered a couple of banana with cream cupcakes. I also ordered a couple of lemon, chocolate and red velvet cake balls. I wanted to stray from the traditional flavors and I personally love bananas, so I couldn't go wrong with the cupcake. It was delicious, fluffy, moist, and full of flavor. The light cream frosting was perfect and not too sweet! As for the cake balls, it was something unique. It was rare finding a place with cake balls for sale. At first glance, the cake balls looked like chocolate balls. It was round, covered in hardened frosting and topped with icing. Like the cupcakes, it was moist, fluffy and full of flavor. I gave the place a 4 out of 5 stars because $3 for one cake ball will definitely take a toll on your wallet. It was the same price as the cupcake, but smaller in size. I will definitely buy more cupcakes and fewer of the cake balls. Patty's Cakes and Desserts is the place to go to cure any sweet tooth! I will absolutely come back and order their cakes for special occasions.
